Food Marketing Institute

FMI provides leadership to retailers and wholesalers of food and consumer products, as well as to their supplier partners, by fostering their growth and promoting their role in feeding families and enriching the lives of their customers. When FMI was planning for their new offices they had option to upgrade their Avaya system or purchase a new state-of-the art IP Telephony System. FMI made the decision to improve their business by streamlining interoffice communications and increase user productivity with a Mitel system from TCI.

Miller’s Office Products

Miller’s office Products is the largest woman-owned, office products dealership and provides more than $40 million in office products, supplies and services to more than 3,000 commercial, nonprofit and government customers in the Washington-Baltimore metro area. When Miller’s recently built a 65,000-square-foot distribution facility in Lorton they upgraded their Digital Mitel PBX to the Mitel Communications Director IP/PBX with the help of TCI’s award winning design and engineering teams and moved into their new facility without missing a call.

Community Connections

The Neurology Center

For over thirty years, professionals at The Neurology Center have worked to meet the medical, physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs of persons with neurological disorders.  Using a team approach, the Neurology Center staff provides diagnostic and treatment services and special clinical programs in ten (10) locations throughout Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.

National Mailing Systems (NMS)

National Mailing Systems are proud providers of Neopost / Hasler solutions and serves the Washington DC metropolitan area, including Maryland and Northern Virginia by providing businesses, government agencies, educational institutions, and organizations with the most reliable and efficient mailroom products available. When NMS needed to replace their aging digital PBX they choose a Mitel IP/PBX from TCI. The new system included the Mitel 3300/Communications Director, an Adtran Local Area Network and Cat-6 Cabling.
