Managed Internet Access

Managed Router Solutions
For small offices and enterprise locations, a Certified TCI Engineer will configure, manage, and update your routers. If circumstances permit, your routers will be continuously monitored for availability.

Wireless LAN – Installation & Configuration
For both Small Office – Home Office (SOHO) and enterprise locations, we will install and configure a secure Wireless LAN infrastructure. This service includes configuring and testing Wireless Access Points (WAP).

Managed Load Balancing Services
For high availability server environments, we offer both Managed Local Load Balancing and Geographic Load Balancing to improve user productivity by decreasing overall access time. Intelligent Traffic Management is customizable for any TCP or UDP service, and security is enhanced with internal SSL processing. All proven multi-vendor technologies are supported and our experienced engineers implement a quick and hassle-free deployment.

Local Load Balancing Option

This option offers localized intelligent Load Balancing and High Availability for server farms that run applications, databases, websites, online transaction processing, and storage systems. A user’s request is forwarded to the most appropriate and available server for processing. Multiple server connections provide even higher levels of performance and reliability.

  • Dedicated Load Balancer residing in your server farm or at a convenient office location
  • We will initially configure the Load Balancer, then manage and monitor it
  • Our NOC will continuously monitor the onsite Load Balancer
  • Our NOC will continuously monitor the remote Load Balancer (VPN service required)

Geographic Load Balancing Option

This option provides the highest level of availability. Critical servers can be located at different locations. Databases are instantly updated between these servers. If an outage occurs at one location, the server at the secondary location handles processing, without users becoming aware that an outage has occurred. For added protection, one set of servers may be located at your location, while another set operates at a secure TCI Data Center.

Secure Online Backup Solutions
Secure Online Backup Services automatically mirrors your data to our backup server as it is being created or modified on your main database server. You gain instant online access to all backup data via a secure VPN connection.

During an emergency situation, the backup data may be redirected to a Disaster Recovery facility or any other designated location. A remote backup procedure is automatically initiated, and will transfer your critical files to our secure backup server.
