Network Monitoring

TCI’s Network Monitor puts you in complete control of your network. It constantly watches all of your switches, routers and links, monitors for any faults or performance problems. You’ll see the results on a simple web-based dashboard that lets you undrerstand your network status at a glance. And, if your network has a serious problem, Patholutions Network Monitor will notify you immediately via email or pager.

VoIP Monitoring

TCI’s VoIP Monitor provides capabilities no other product can give you. Not only does it provide detailed IP Telephony-related statistics such as latency, jitter, packet loss and MOS score, but it actually analyzes  the call path between VoIP phones in real time, determining not only that a problem exists, but telling you precisely where the problem is and what is causing it.

There are a few tools on the market that claim to help you manage your network to support VoIP, but VoIP Monitor from TCI gives you the information that you need to find and resolve network problems before VoIP problems occur.

Netflow Monitoring

Typical netfow implementations are limited to only seeing traffic after the flow is complete and the router sends its flow record back to the collector. This means that the netflow information is not current but “recent past” activity. There is no ability to “catch a user in the act” of downloading a multi-gigabyte file.

Viewing current utilization of an interface is a powerful capability of TCI’s Netflow Monitor tool. Netflow Monitor gives you the ability to quickly know who is using the bandwidth and what they are doing all from a web browser.
